Mibhar, mib'-här (Heb.)--proved; examined; approved; chosen; choice; selected; best; delightful; excellent; youth, i. e., choice, in the prime of manhood, ripe, vigorous.

Son of Hagri, and one of David's mighty men (I Chron. 11:38).

Meta. A new, high, discriminating, superior thought in consciousness (approved, chosen, selected, best); a thought of the vitality and vigor of youth, that allies itself to the ruling David, or love faculty, and becomes one of its strong supporters.
