Bozkath (A. V., II Kings 22:1, Boscath), boz'-kath (Heb.)--stony; height; craggy.

A city in the lowlands of Judah (Josh. 15:39)

Meta. A group of thoughts which, though humble and lowly, is of an exalted nature (height), and firm and strong, though somewhat rugged in character (stony, craggy). Jedidah, mother of osiah--Josiah was a good king of Judah --and Adaiah, her father, were of Bozkath; they signify thoughts that belong to the Bozkath phase of consciousness.
