The name of several prominent Israelitish men: a a prophet (I Kings 14: 2-18); b a high priest (I Sam. 14:3), one of David's mighty men (I Chron. 11:36); c a Levite who during David's reign "was over the treasures of the house of God" (I Chron. 26: 20) .
