Metaphysical meaning of Anab (mbd)
Anab, a'-nab (Heb.)--cluster of grapes; grape town.

A city in the hill country of Judah (Josh. 15:50). It was formerly a city of the Anakim, who were overcome by Joshua (Josh. 11:21).

Meta. A state of thought that magnifies the life idea in man, thus increasing his consciousness of life and making union with the one Source of all life. Grapes suggest wine, and wine symbolizes life; Judah (praise) gives the thought of increase of life. A cluster of grapes bespeaks a conjunction, a grouping, or joining of that which grapes suggest.
