Metaphysical meaning of Baalah (mbd)
Baalah, ba'-al-ah (Heb.)--lady; mistress; possessor; guardian; sorceress; citizenship; a citizen.
A border town of Judah. Kiriath-jearim is another name for this city (Josh. 15:9).
Meta. An innate consciousness of authority and ownership in man, a consciousness that pertains to the feminine or affectional nature, the soul (mistress, possessor), and is expressed in the psychic and material to the point of idolatry. (See BAAL.)
