The lyrics to Holy Spirit, Truth Divine were written by Samuel Longfellow. However in the 1941 Unity Song Selections the hymn was attributed to M.E. Coles. Frances Foulks, in Effectual Prayer, Chapter 1 picked up this mistake and also attributed the hymn to M.E. Coles.
