Metaphysical meaning of Ahiam (mbd)
Ahiam, a-hi'-am (Heb.)--brother of mother; mother's brother; uncle. Some commentators think that this name should have been written Ahiab, "father's brother."
A captain in David's army (II Sam. 23:33)
Meta. A sense of the close union that n Truth exists between all men, universal relationship (father's brother, mother's brother, uncle). This feeling of universal relationship is always in evidence where love (David) is, and it aids greatly in preparing the way for love (David) to rule in consciousness. It also helps to sustain the rule of love after it is established.
