Metaphysical meaning of Ahumai (mbd)
Ahumai, a-hu'-mai (Heb.)--heated by Jah; brother of water; water reeds; cowardly; indolent.
Son of Jahath and descendant of Judah (I Chron. 4:2).
Meta. A negative state of mind caused by too much denial, a letting go and a letting down in thought (brother of water, cowardly, indolent). Courage is needed, and greater enthusiasm (heated by Jah), that a positive laying hold of good may lift the consciousness to spiritual activity and accomplishment.
