Metaphysical meaning of Aphik (mbd)
Aphik, a'-ph;k (Heb.)--a fortress; a .strong place.
A city in Canaan belonging to the Israelitish tribe of Asher, but from which the Asherites failed to drive the Canaanites (Judg. 1:31). Aphek is the same name.
