Metaphysical meaning of Bene-berak (mbd)
Bene-berak, ben'-e-be'-rclk (Heb.)-- sons of Berak; sons of lightning.
A city of Canaan that was allotted to Dan (Josh. 19:45).
Meta. A quick, fiery, active state of consciousness in executing judgment (sons of lightning, a city of Dan, Dan meaning a judge). Unless these thoughts are guided by reason and are balanced by some of the other faculties of the mind--love, order, and the like--they al e likely to bring about disastrous results instead of the good ones desired.
