Metaphysical meaning of Besai (mbd)
Besai, be'-sai (Heb.)--treading under foot; trampling down; domineering oppression; ruthless victory; conqueror.
His descendants were among the Nethinim who returned from the Babylonian captivity with Zerubbabel (Ezra 2:49)
Meta. An overcoming tendency, or power, in man that brings forth thoughts that become active in freeing and restoring the Truth in consciousness (conqueror; Besai's "children" returned to Jerusalem with Zerubbabel from the captivity in Babylon) . There is a personal element in this overcoming thought or force, however, that needs further enlightenment and uplift.
