Metaphysical meaning of Carpus (mbd)
Carpus, cär'-pus (Gk.)--harvest, i. e., ingathering of crops; fruitfulness; products; fruits.
A friend of Paul's at Troas, with whom Paul left his cloak and some of his books (II Tim. 4:13).
Meta. The good effect (fruits) of the word of Truth that has been declared (Paul's work) in the Troas consciousness in the individual. (See TROAS.)
