Metaphysical meaning of Eshan (mbd)
Eshan, e'-shan (Heb.)--couch; support; prop.
A city in the hill country of Judah, in Canaan (Josh. 15:52).
Meta. An aggregation of thoughts in consciousness that is of a supporting, sustaining, restful character (couch, support). This aggregation of strengthening, sustaining thoughts is the product of, and belongs to, the praise-and-prayer consciousness (Judah).
