Golan, go'-lan (Heb.)--circle; circuit; exultation; praise; overcome; led away; a captive; an exile.
A city of refuge in Bashan, for the Manassites (Deut. 4:43); this city of Manasseh was given over to the Levites (Josh. 21:27).
Meta. Spiritual life activity (circuit, circle, exultation, praise) established in love (Levites) and understanding (Manasseh). Mistaken, limited thoughts in consciousness, upon awaking to greater light, may flee to this place and be forgiven and healed.
