Metaphysical meaning of Helek (mbd)
Helek, he'-lek (Heb.)--a lot; portion; possession; distribution.
The head of the family of Helekites, descended from Gilead, of the tribe of Manasseh (Num. 26:30).
Meta. A conception, by the individual of his share in man's true inheritance (portion, possession). It is through high spiritual aspiration and discernment of Truth (Gilead of Manasseh) that the understanding of the individual is awakened to consciousness of his portion or allotment in the divine perfection, wholeness, abundance of every good, and life everlasting for spirit, soul, and body.
