Metaphysical meaning of Idalah (mbd)
Idalah, id-a-lah (Heb.)--the exalted One; He (God) is exalted; memorial.
A city of Zebulun (Josh. 19:15).
Meta. A group of thoughts belonging to the faculty of order (Zebulun relates to order) in man, which serves to keep God--the creator and source of all power--in remembrance (He is exalted, memorial).
This group of thoughts must become more active in the consciousness, that one may become outwardly conscious always of God's presence, and become fully awake and alive to one's possibilities--to one's spiritual inheritance and good.
