Metaphysical meaning of Jaasiel (mbd)
Jaasiel, jå-a'-si-el (Heb.)--whom God has made; whom God has created; God's building; God's handiwork; God's working.
Son of Abner. He was captain over the tribe of Benjamin, in David's reign (I Chron. 27:21). (See I Chronicles 11:47.)
Meta. The illumined reason, or intellect (Abner, father of Jaasiel) awakening to the truth that man is the work of God; that God, Spirit, is the source of all intelligence, of all true understanding, and is also the creator and maker of the universe; that apart from Spirit nothing could come into expression and manifestation, and nothing could exist for a moment. Spirit is the keynote and the keystone of all that really is.
