Metaphysical meaning of Jehonadab (mbd)
Jehonadab, je-hon'-a-dab (Heb.)--whom Jehovah impels- Jehovah incites to follow freely; liberality of Jehovah; who gives voluntarily for Jah; munificence of Jehovah; freewill offering of Jah; abundance of Jehovah.
Son of Rechab (II Kings 10:15). He is called Jonadab in Jeremiah 35:6.
Meta. The power (Rechab, meaning horseman) of true thoughts in us actuated by I AM (whom Jehovah impels). This leads to a consciousness of the munificence and generosity with which spiritual gifts of the Father are imparted to His children. (See RECHAB and JONADAB.)
