Metaphysical meaning of Jekamiah (mbd)
Jekamiah (in A. V., I Chronicles 3:18, Jecamiah), jek-a-ml'-ah (Heb.)--Jehovah will heap together; gathering of Jah; congregation of Jehovah; rising of Jah; Jehovah will stand.
a Father of Elishama and son of Shallum, in the genealogy of Judah (I Chron. 2:41). b Son of Jeconiah, born during the Captivity; Jeconiah is descended from Solomon (I Chron. 3:18).
Meta. The inner assurance of the spiritually awakening individual that regardless of present appearances the Jehovah, I AM, or Christ mind, will be lifted up in him (rising of Jah) and will bring him into conscious union with God (gathering of Jah, congregation of Jehovah), and into a realization of great stability (steadfastness, Jehovah will stand).
