Metaphysical meaning of Leshem (mbd)
Leshem, le'-shem (Heb.)--firm; courageous; strong; fortress; precious gem, i. e., opal or amber.
A place that the "children of Dan" conquered and possessed (Josh. 19:47). It is called Laish in Judg. 18:29.
Meta. Like Laish, a group of steadfast, strong, fearless, and courageous thoughts in consciousness. Coming into the possession of Dan, or becoming allied to and guided by the judgment faculty in the individual, this group of thoughts becomes a veritable fortress, a stronghold for the promotion of that which is good and true.
