Metaphysical meaning of Mehir (mbd)

Metaphysical meaning of Mehir (mbd)
Mehir, me'-hir (Heb.)--price; value; wage; reward; dowry; rapidity; ability; dexterity.

Son of Chelub, and "father" or founder of Eshton. He was of Judah (I Chron. 4:11).

Meta. A quick, active, able thought (dexterity, ability) in the Judah or praise consciousness of man, but limited, in its true expression, by a belief in serving for reward and by looking to the seeming price that one must pay for one's growth in Truth. The price is to give up that which pertains to the carnal and sense phase of one's being, and to do all things freely, as to the Lord. When one does this, the reward, the divine blessing, is abundant and quick to manifest.
