Metaphysical meaning of Melatiah (mbd)
Melatiah, mel-a-ti'-ah (Heb.)--whom Jehovah delivers; Jah is the way of escape; Jehovah hath delivered; salvation of Jehovah.
"The Gibeonite" who helped in repairing the wall of Jerusalem, under Nehemiah (Neh. 3:7).
Meta. A high, aspiring thought in consciousness (Gibeonite), whose chief characteristic is a belief in man's full deliverance from all error and its results, through the Christ, or I AM--divine wisdom and power. Thus this thought becomes a helper in the reconstruction or transformation of the body temple from its seemingly physical and error state to spiritual perfection. (This latter is symbolized in the repairing of Jerusalem's wall.)
