Mizpeh, miz'-peh (Heb.)--watchtower; same as Mizpah.
a A city in the lowlands of Judah (Josh. 15:38). b A valley (Josh. 11:8). c A town of Moab (I Sam. 22:3). d The Mizpeh of Joshua 18:26 is spelled Mizpah in other places (see Judg. 20:1; 21:1, and I Kings 15:22).
