Metaphysical meaning of Olympas (mbd)
Olympas, o-lym'-pas (Gk.)--elysian; celestial; heavenly.
A Christian at Rome whom Paul saluted in his letter to the Romans (Rom. 16:15).
Meta. A high thought activity of the intellect and will (a man of Rome) that has been illumined by the Holy Spirit and converted to the real Christ understanding. Thus it becomes truly spiritual, heavenly, filled with peace, love, justice, and perfection, as well as being high and sublime.
