Metaphysical meaning of Temanites (mbd)
Temanites (in A. V., Genesis 36:34, Temani), te'-man-ites (fr. Heb.).
Descendants of Teman, or inhabitants of the place named Teman (Gen. 36:34). In Job 2:11 the reference is to one of Job's three friends, Eliphaz the Temanite.
