Tochen, to'-chen (Heb.)--made even; leveled; poised; weighed out; meted; proved; tried; set up; established; adjusted by plumb or level; made equal; task; portion.
A city of Simeon (I Chron. 4:32).
Meta. A group of thoughts in the attentive, obedient quality of mind that the Israelitish tribe of Simeon signifies (a city of Simeon), which is of an examining, weighing, discriminating, adjusting, evening character (made even, leveled, poised, weighed out, proved, tried, adjusted by plumb or level, meted, made equal). Established and set up point to something made firm and stable. This is good, so long as the thought of limitation is not allowed to enter (limitation may be suggested in portion).
