Zaanan, za'–a–nan (Heb.) -- going forth; migrating; rich in flocks; place of flocks; flocking place.
A town of Judah (Mic. 1:11). Zenan is thought to be the same place.
Meta. A thought center, deep within the consciousness, changing from belief in lack of life and of substance to belief in abundant substance and vitality (going forth, migrating, rich in flocks, place of flocks, flocking place, a town in the lowlands of Judah).
