Sharon Poindexter produced these tapes as she was living with cancer. As the album back cover says, “For those around her, she modeled how productive and full life can be with the strength of faith, trust, grace and love in meeting her painful challenges.” The cover continues, “While recording ‘Meditating for Health’ she was in the hospital struggling to be centered for several minutes in the midst of her pain until she delivered the meditation flawlessly... the background sounds in ‘Discovering the Divine Plan For Your Life’ were recorded as Sharon walked through the garden in her beautiful backyard. She treasured the beautiful simplicity of nature and sought its divine balance in all aspects of her life.”
