Metaphysical meaning of Amnon (mbd)
Amnon, am'-non (Heb.)--faithful; upbringing; tutelage.
David's eldest son, who was killed by his half-brother, Absalom, because of his conduct toward Absalom's sister, Tamar (II Sam. 3:'; 13:1-39).
Meta. A mental quality in man, under discipline or in process of education. When completed this training will bring about faithfulness (upbringing, tutelage, faithful) From the Bible history of Amnon, the faithful attitude of thought and action was yet to be attained by him.
