Metaphysical meaning of Coniah (mbd)
Coniah, co-nl'-ah (Heb.)--Jah is founding; Jehovah is setting up, i.e., establishing; Jah is creating.
A kink of Judah who reigned about three months and was then taken captive to Babylon, while Zedekiah was made king in his stead (Jer. 37:1). Coniah was the son of Jehoiakim, and was an evil ruler, as his father had been before him.
