Metaphysical meaning of Ehud (mbd)
Ehud, e'-hud (Heb.)--union; united; strong.
a "Son of Gera, the Benjamite, a man left-handed." Ehud killed Eglon, the king of Moab, and thus delivered Israel (Judg. 3:15-30). b A son of Bilhan, and a Benjamite (I Chron. 7:10).
Meta. Faith greatly strengthened by being unified consciously with Spirit, or with spiritual Truth. (Benjamites belong to the faith faculty in man.)
