Elmadam (A.V., Elmodam), el-ma'dam (Gk. from Heb.)--God's measure; power of extension; unlimited measure; measured of God.
Son of Er and father of Sosam, in the genealogy of Jesus (Luke 3:28).
Meta. The enlarging of the consciousness so that it may comprehend something of the immeasurable greatness of God.
