Metaphysical meaning of Eri (mbd)
Eri, e'-rl (Heb.)--my watcher; watching; worshipping Jah.
Son of Gad and grandson of Jacob (Gen. 46: 16).
Meta. An unfolding of the power faculty (Gad) in consciousness. Power seems to express first on the mortal or human plane. The true, spiritual quality in the power faculty, however, is constantly seeking expression, and in Eri it is attentive to the higher or divine law.
