Metaphysical meaning of holy ground (mbd)
holy ground (Exod. 3:5).
Meta. Substance in its spiritual wholeness; that is, the idea of substance in Divine Mind. When man approaches this he must remove from his understanding all limited thoughts of the Absolute--"Put off thy shoes from off thy feet." (See BURNING BUSH.)
