Jeremai, jer'-e-mai (Heb.)--of the heights; dwelling on high; dwelling on high places; mountaineer; set on high; Jah is high.
One of the sons of Hashum who had taken a foreign wife (Ezra 10:33).
Meta. A high thought, or attitude of mind, in the consciousness of the spiritually awakening individual, but not entirely free from the influence of the lower emotions, affections, and desires of the phase of the soul that is given over to sense (he had taken a foreign wife).
