Milcah, mil'-cah (Heb.)--feminine of Melech, a king; queen; rule; counsel; advice.
a Wife of Nahor, Abraham's brother (Gen. 11:29). b A daughter of Zelophehad, who was the son of Hepher of the tribe of Manasseh (Num. 26:33).
Meta. The soul expressing dominion, wisdom, good judgment. The soul of man, in its feminine aspect, is intuitional, and often perceives or senses things that, while they do not appear to the outer or more active and positive phase of the individual consciousness, should be heeded by it.
