Paarai, pa'-a-rai (Heb.)--opening wide; gaping; yawning; hiatus; cleft; revealing; revelation of Jah.
"The Arbite," one of David's mighty warriors (II Sam. 23:35). In I Chronicles 11-37 he is called Naarai.
Meta. One of the higher religious thoughts of man's mind (a warrior of King David's) becoming awakened to divine revelation, inspiration, understanding (opening wide, yawning, revelation of Jah). (See NAARAI.)
