Rohgah, roh'-gah (Heb.)--outcry; cry of alarm; clamor; din of voices; outpouring; copious rain.
Son of Shemer, or Shomer, of the tribe of Asher (I Chron. 7:34).
Meta. A very active expressing, or pouring out, of the thoughts and emotions. This activity is more personal (outcry, cry of alarm, clamor, din of voices, outpouring, copious rain) than spiritual.
