Metaphysical meaning of Shahazumah (mbd)
Shahazumah (A. V., Shahazimah), shå-haz'-u-mah (Heb.)--heights; elevations; elations; sublimities; prides.
A border city of Issachar (Josh. 19:22).
Meta. A group of thoughts of a high character, or that aspire to higher, more spiritual expression and attainment (heights, elevations), in the active zeal faculty in individual consciousness (a city of Issachar, Issachar signifying the zeal faculty in man). In its negative aspect Shahazumah refers to a lifting up of the personal, of pride (prides, elations).
