Metaphysical meaning of Beelzebul (mbd)
Beelzebul, be-el'-ze-bul (Gk. from Heb.)--Baal of filth; lord of filth, i. e., idolatry.

Virtually the same as Beelzebub (Matt. 10:25, margin). These words are written sometimes one way and sometimes the other, but they are not strictly synonymous .
