Metaphysical meaning of Hazaiah (mbd)
Hazaiah, ha-za'-iah (Heb.)--seen of Jah; seeing Jehovah; vision of Jah; favored of Jehovah; revelation of Jehovah; perception of Jah.
The ancestor of a Judahite who dwelt in Jerusalem after the return from the Babylonian captivity (Neh. 11: 5).
Meta. The all-seeing, all-knowing Christ Spirit or Spirit of truth in man. This Spirit knows and understands (beholds) God, is known of God, and makes God known to man. "But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall bear witness of me" (John 15: 26).
