Metaphysical meaning of Jaakan (mbd)
Jaakan (A. V., Jakan), ja'-a-kan (Heb.)--keen; acute; wrestling; twisted; perverted; keen of vision; intelligent.
Son of Ezer, a descendant of Seir (I Chron. 1:42). In Genesis 36:27 he is called Akan. He was the "father" of Bene-jaakan (Num. 33:1; Deut. 10:6).
