Metaphysical meaning of Jalon (mbd)
Jalon, ja'-lon (Heb.)--passing the night; tarrying; lodging; abiding; dwelling; persisting in a thing.
Son of Ezrah, of the tribe of Judah (I Chron. 4:17).
Meta. The spiritual I AM, or indwelling Christ presence, becoming more and more an abiding consciousness. This results from perseverance in knowing Truth; it is the fruit of that which Ezra stands for in us. (See EZRA. Ezrah, or Ezra, was the father of Jalon.)
