Metaphysical meaning of Jedidah (mbd)
Jedidah, je-dl'-dah (Heb.)--beloved; lovely one; delightful one; one dearly beloved.
Daughter of Adaiah of Bozkath, and mother of Josiah king of Judah (II Kings 22:1).
Meta. The feminine aspect of the love faculty in the individual, or the soul established in the love of God. When the soul sets its love upon God it brings forth Josiah, meaning Jehovah supports and signifying in consciousness that which connects itself with Spirit and seeks to carry out the divine plan.
