Metaphysical meaning of Perazim (mbd)
Perazim, per'-a-zim (Heb.)--breaches; rents; ruptures; dispersions; assaults; defeats.
A mount, mentioned in Isaiah 28:21.
Meta. "For Jehovah will rise up as in mount Perazim." The reference here is to Baal-perazim, a place where David gained a victory over the Philistines (II Sam. 5:20). The significance therefore is the same as that of BAAL-PERAZIM, which see.
