Metaphysical meaning of Zadok (mbd)

Zadok, za'–dok (Heb.)--righteous; just; true.

1 a Son of Ahitub, a priest in David's reign (II Sam. 8:17); also in Solomon's reign I Kings 4 :4). b Other men by this name are mentioned in II Kings 15: 33; Nehemiah 3:4, 29– 13:13.

Meta. Thoughts that are right and true and just (righteous, just). Zadok the priest and Nathan the prophet (I Kings 1 :34, 38, 39) are representatives of the spiritual kingdom, which is the real source of all enduring power.
