Metaphysical meaning of Chisloth-tabor (mbd)
Chisloth-tabor, chls'-loth-ta'-bôr (Heb.)--loins of Tabor; strength of Tabor; hope of the heaped up, i.e., the high.
A city of Israel, on the side of Mount Tabor (Josh. 19:12). It is called Tabor in verse 22, and is named as one of the cities of Issachar. It is the same city as Chesulloth.
Meta. The strength of high, exalted thoughts and ideals (loins of Tabor; loins refer to strength). (See TABOR and CHESULLOTH.)
