Metaphysical meaning of Hosea (mbd)
Hosea, ho-se'-å (Heb.)--deliverance; safety; salvation; help.
A prophet of Israel. He was the son of Beeri, and he prophesied "in the days of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah, and in the days of Jeroboam the son of Joash, king of Israel" (Hosea 1:1).
Meta. I AM identity. It is by our recognition of our true I AM, or Christ identity, that we reap the benefits of our sonship and realize deliverance and salvation. We receive help from the Divine when we claim this help and affirm our birthright, through I AM.
